This new report makes clear the link between well designed office buildings, business performance and ultimately business profitability. The BCO suggests that companies consider their accommodation on a regular basis rather than waiting for traditional motivators such as overcrowding and lease expiry.

Refurbishment

  1. As part of an office reorganisation or relocation.
